Lynas Rare Earths has a great opportunity for an Electrical Technician to join our team at the Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF).

The Opportunity
We're looking for a safety-focused Electrical Technician to join us on our journey.

This residential position reports to the Electrical Supervisor, supporting operational readiness with a focus on maintenance and plant optimisation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing preventative and corrective maintenance support.
  • Active participation in developing maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure risks are identified and managed to provide a safe work environment.
  • Actively participates in pre-start and safety meetings.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Australian recognised Electrical Trade Certificate (Mandatory)
  • Current unrestricted WA Electrical license (Mandatory)
  • HV Switching Accreditation (Mandatory)
  • Cert IV Instrumentation desirable
  • Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC and VSD
  • Experience with MMS (eg Pronto/SAP) and Microsoft Suite
  • Unwavering approach to safety with strong time management and problem-solving skillsets
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
  • Current High Risk Work License (WA) - WP, LF
  • WA unencumbered C class drivers' license, or above
  • Must reside within the Goldfields region for our residential operation, or willing to relocate.
