The primary objective and responsibility is to provide support, assistance and relocation advice to our clients and relocating employees to ensure they experience a smooth and stress-free relocation.

About The Role

An opportunity now exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in (Banyo/Seven Hills/Mount Waverley) in a globally diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment.

Reporting to the Team Leader World Mobility, you will be responsible for working closely with our Corporate Clients to ensure their successful and seamless relocation, either across the road or across the globe.

Duties will include:

  • Manage client assignments both domestically and internationally (inbound and outbound)
  • Liaise with the client at every step of the relocation process, including the timely management of issues and resolving any queries or concerns that may arise
  • Ensure ongoing clear lines of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide relevant problem solving and appropriate solutions as required.
  • Accurately maintain electronic assignment files and databases ensuring the protection of PII.
    Completion of financial tasks such as accurate and timely invoicing along with reviewing and approving of third party invoices.

About You

It would be ideal if you have professional or personal experience in relocating, but experience in either Travel or Real Estate are of considerable value and this may present an exciting career transition opportunity.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels of the business (both internally and externally) with confident verbal and written communication and be able to build rapport with your clients
  • Be highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and able to follow up and finalise tasks
  • Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Love to be super busy and multitask and be able to work well under pressure
  • Have accurate data entry and high attention to detail skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel)
    Ability to work as a team player whilst being accountable for your own actions

Whilst previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, your confident attitude and ability to demonstrate empathy and commitment to exceptional customer service across a culturally diverse customer base will see you secure this role.
