We're welcoming an enthusiastic and caring Certificate III Educator to join the founding team at our brand-new Tall Tree Early Learning Centre in White Gum Valley, opening 13th October 2025.

Your Role as Certificate III Educator

As a Certificate III Educator, you will support the learning and wellbeing of children in collaboration with Room Leaders and other educators. You'll bring warmth, reliability, and a hands-on approach to every part of the day, helping to build a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and our Reggio-inspired philosophy
  • Contributing to documentation, reflections, and curriculum planning
  • Building respectful, responsive relationships with children and families
  • Maintaining a warm, inclusive, and organised learning environment
  • Collaborating closely with other educators to ensure consistency and continuity across rooms
  • Demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and reliability across the service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable educator who brings a positive attitude and a strong commitment to quality early childhood education.

You will have:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Experience working in early learning, with confidence across multiple age groups
  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and proactive mindset
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Child Protection certification, and a valid WA Working with Children Check
  • Australian working rights
