We're excited to welcome a passionate and adaptable Diploma Qualified Educator to join our brand-new Tall Tree Early Learning Centre in White Gum Valley, opening 13th October 2025.

Your Role as Diploma Educator

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will play a vital role in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children of varying ages. You will work collaboratively with Room Leaders and the broader team, supporting routines, guiding learning experiences, and building trusted relationships with children and families.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and our Reggio-inspired philosophy
  • Contributing to documentation, reflections, and curriculum planning
  • Building respectful, responsive relationships with children and families
  • Maintaining a warm, inclusive, and organised learning environment
  • Collaborating closely with other educators to ensure consistency and continuity across rooms
  • Demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and reliability across the service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable educator who brings a positive attitude and a strong commitment to quality early childhood education.

You will have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Experience working in early learning, with confidence across multiple age groups
  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and proactive mindset
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Child Protection certification, and a valid WA Working with Children Check
  • Australian working rights
