Enforcer Group is on the lookout for a hands-on and detail-driven
Product Quality and Development Specialist
to take ownership of our growing product portfolio. This is a vital role where your eye for detail, technical knowledge, and drive for innovation will help ensure every Enforcer product meets the highest standards — from development through to launch and beyond.

What you'll do:
Champion Quality:
Implement and maintain robust quality control processes across our expanding industrial goods range. You'll inspect samples, resolve quality issues, document standards, and ensure consistent performance across batches.
Develop New Products:
Collaborate with suppliers, production, and internal teams to develop new products and enhancements to our existing range that meet market needs and align with our brand standards.
Write the Manuals:
Create clear, user-friendly installation guides, care instructions, and technical product documentation. You'll also support our marketing and sales teams, delivering accurate product descriptions and technical data.
Support Procurement:
Work with the purchasing team to evaluate samples, assess suppliers, and ensure all new products are feasible, cost-effective, and high quality.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Act as the go-to product expert for marketing, projects, sales, and warehouse teams — ensuring everyone has the right product info, every time.
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience in
FMCG product development
,
manufacturing
, and
quality control
(3+ years preferred) - Familiarity with
road and safety products
for the
construction industry - Strong understanding of
ISO systems,
AU/NZ Standards, and
quality compliance
requirements - High attention to detail and a
solutions-focused, hands-on
approach - Ability to create clear
installation guides

care instructions
, and
product specifications - Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience working with our
local and overseas
suppliers
and factories (China) - Strong
organisational skills
and a
proactive, can-do
attitude - Experience writing
product manuals

technical documentation
