- Salary – $129,464 pa - $142,665 pa plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
As Senior Automation Developer, you'll lead the design and delivery of advanced automation solutions that drive innovation, streamline operations, and reduce risk. This is your chance to shape the success of the Automation Hub and embed automation deeply within the organisation, boosting efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
What You'll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of automation solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, test, and support automated processes
- Coordinate tasks and troubleshoot with automation developers
- Analyse processes organisation-wide to identify automation opportunities
- Share technical expertise to ensure consistent development standards
- Thrive in a collaborative, innovative team within a dynamic work environment
What We're Looking For
A skilled technical leader with strong expertise and a collaborative mindset to drive automation excellence.
- Proven experience leading complex automation projects using industry-standard tools
- Sharp analytical skills to design effective, tailored automation solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and vendors
- Ability to mentor and empower team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices
- Extensive demonstrated experience in using RPA, including UiPath.
