All About Excavation is an Excavation and Earth moving company servicing the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and surrounds.

We are currently seeking motivated and highly skilled operators to join our team as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Director, the successful candidates will be responsible for performing productive, safe, and quality work on various civil construction projects in the Hunter and Central Coast Regions. Immediate start available for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floating machines to and from site, safely loading and unloading machines for transport.
  • Undertaking a daily pre start checklist.
  • Operate Excavators for tasks including final trim, detailed earthworks, stormwater trenching, loading and unloading trucks.
  • Assist with the installation of drainage systems, pipelines, and other utilities.
  • Collaborate with team members and client to ensure efficient and safe operations on site.
  • Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and contribute to a productive work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on site.
  • Assist with labouring when necessary.
  • Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on the equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating Excavators and/or Positrack equipment.
  • Excavator and/or Posi Track tickets (Highly regarded).
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, with an occasional Saturday.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • MR Driver's Licence.
  • Previous experience in civil construction (Highly regarded).
  • Valid Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
