Experienced Landscaper/Fencer

About the role

Jim's Diggers', a leading provider of landscaping and fencing services, is seeking an experienced Landscaper/Fencer to join our team in Maitland, NSW. As a full-time member of our crew, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality landscaping and fencing solutions to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

• Executing a range of landscaping tasks, including new landscaping packages, installing Artifical Turf and Machine work.
• Constructing and installing various types of fencing, such as timber, colorbond and pool fencing
• Operating landscaping equipment and machinery, including bobcats excavators and much more in a safe and efficient manner
• Collaborating with the team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience as a landscaper and/or fencer, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry
• Proficiency in the use of landscaping tools and equipment, as well as fencing installation techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A valid driver's licence
• Current White Card (Construction Induction Safety) certification
• Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
