About the role
Ultimate Windows is seeking experienced Windows Fabricators and Labourers to join our production team in Wodonga, Victoria.
In this full-time position, you will be providing assistance in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality windows and doors for residential projects.
What you'll be doing
- Operating machinery and tools required for window and door manufacturing
- Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet safety and performance standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflows and processes
- Providing support to the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
- Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery required for window and door production
- Manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
