Blanco Building is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team based in Brisbane. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring someone who can lead by example and is willing to travel outside of Brisbane for project work.

You will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activity, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard—while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site labour

· Ensure works are completed to quality standards, timelines, and budget

· Implement and maintain health and safety compliance on site

· Manage day-to-day site logistics, including materials and equipment

· Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to on-site staff

· Reviews and interpret construction plans and specifications

· Works collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals

· Leads regular site meetings to report on project progress, address concerns, and resolve any emerging issues or conflicts.

About You

· Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

· Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and practices

· Proven leadership and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

· Willingness to travel for work outside of Brisbane.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
