What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow major account relationships, consistently achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Identify market opportunities and craft creative sales approaches to generate revenue through Print and Digital channels.
• Take charge of client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating the value of our solutions and building trust with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their goals are met with tailored solutions.
• Spot opportunities to expand client relationships by introducing additional products or services.
• Create compelling proposals that align with client objectives and showcase the unique benefits of our offerings.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets and pipeline activity, to inform data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years in account management or sales within publishing, media, or agency environments.
• Exceptional communication skills that build trust and foster enduring client relationships.
• Strong ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Skilled in conducting needs assessments, developing customised solutions, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and account growth strategies.
• A track record of achieving revenue targets and developing innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
• Deep understanding of advertising trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Adept at creating comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable business growth.
• Experienced in designing bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
