Are you a recent school leaver with a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community?

We're offering a paid full-time traineeship for a motivated individual to join our team and complete a Certificate III in Community Services while gaining hands-on experience supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our local area.

About the Role

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in the community services sector. As a trainee, you'll learn from experienced professionals while working directly with people with disabilities. You'll be part of a person-centred team that values compassion, respect, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assisting in the delivery of support coordination services for people with disabilities

· Supporting case management and care planning

· Helping individuals connect with local services and resources

· Gaining experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including support coordination

· Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks

· Administrative tasks related to community service delivery

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

· A recent school leaver (no prior experience required – just the right attitude)

· Enthusiastic about helping others and passionate about making a difference

· A strong communicator with a caring and respectful nature

· Willing to learn, reliable, and committed to completing a 12-month traineeship

· Interested in working in a person-centred and inclusive environment

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong computer skills
