Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Support: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care.
- Domestic Assistance: Perform light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Health & Wellbeing Support: Administer medication, support reablement-focused care, and monitor client wellbeing.
- Social & Emotional Support: Provide companionship and facilitate community involvement.
- Care Planning & Documentation: Follow person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Workplace Health & Safety: Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members and participate in training and development.
What You Need:
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
 Current Australian Driver's Licence
 Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a relevant field
 First Aid Certificate
 Comprehensively insured vehicle
Desirable:
 Qualification in Medication Administration
 Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded)
 Previous experience in aged care or disability support (preferred but not essential)
