Global Turf is Melbourne based, with a number of Golf Course, Sports Field and Racecourse projects under construction, and we are continuing to expand our operations nationally.

Due to our continued success, and business growth we are looking for experienced Construction Staff (full-time or part-time), Posi Track operators, Excavator operators and labourers to join our team, working predominantly in the Melbourne Metro area.

These roles will work closely with the Management Team across multiple projects and will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will receive on the job training surrounded by a great qualified team who will support you through each task
  • Learn to operate the specialised equipment and other heavy equipment safely and appropriately, such as Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers, Backhoes and Tractors
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, clean, lubricate and refill as necessary
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment and other heavy equipment

Skills and Experience

It is essential that you possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 years in in Posi Track, Excavator, Front Dumper or Water truck
  • A current Victorian driver's licence
  • Construction induction card
  • Hands on position
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • You must be flexible, adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic
