As our Facility Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the centre's operations, from day-to-day management to team leadership, programs, and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant facility and bring your ideas to life in a close-knit regional community.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage all facility operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service standards
  • Supervise and develop a diverse team across customer service, swim instuctors, and lifeguards
  • Lead and support in-water programs, maintaining high teaching standards from infants to squads, fostering a culture of engagement, progression, and excellence
  • Support the team and engage with families from the Pool Deck
  • Drive community engagement and participation through innovative programs and events
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and operational planning
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall facility presentation

About You

  • Proven experience in facility management, recreation, or similar
  • Ability to work at least one day at the weekend, our peak time
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Hands-on approach - you're not afraid to get involved in all aspects of operations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Passionate about creating positive experiences for your community
