About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Parts Department, working closely with our workshop, retail customers, and suppliers. You'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive team that values accuracy, initiative, and a strong customer focus.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle workshop, trade, and retail parts enquiries
  • Manage phone and counter sales with professionalism and efficiency
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external customers
  • Check off incoming orders and allocate parts to correct storage locations
  • Maintain an organised, clean, and safe parts department
  • Assist with stock control, inventory management, and system updates

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive preferred)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience using parts catalogues and inventory software (preferred but not essential)
