What We're Looking For – Swim Teachers:

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) (or willingness to obtain)
• Current CPR (HLTAID009) (or willingness to obtain)

Lifeguards

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Calm under pressure
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Pool Lifeguard qualification
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID009) (or willingness to obtain)

We do this by providing regular and extensive team training and development, which follow both our company core values as well as our work with Child Safeguard, the independent Child Protection experts within our industry.

Pay: $31.00 – $36.00 per hour
