Jetwave Marine Services is a West Australian based company offering the very best in specialised vessels, subsea operations and marine based services across Australia.

As a result of our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Full-Time Administration & Crewing Officer to join our team based in Fremantle at our head office.

The ideal candidate would be confident using IT systems and software, demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt and possess a reliable work ethic.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Perform reception duties such as greeting clients, managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Assisting in maintaining crew qualifications and certificates.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Assisting in maintaining and vetting vessels certificates.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of office common areas.
  • Purchase Orders and Credit Card Reconciliations.
  • Manage senior management calendar and meeting schedules.
  • Handling essential documents, photocopying, scanning them as per the requirements.
  • Assist with meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
