Join our growing team as a Textiles Production Coordinator and play a vital role in bringing high-quality home textiles and decorative products from concept to customer. We are a leading home textiles wholesaler known for thoughtful design, reliable manufacturing partnerships, and a commitment to excellence. We're looking for a proactive and organised coordinator to support product development, production, and delivery across our expanding range.

About the Role

As the Textiles Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process across a diverse range of homeware products. Working closely with internal teams and offshore suppliers, you'll ensure products are developed, manufactured, tested, and delivered to specification, on time and within budget.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for textiles and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate the full production lifecycle from sampling to bulk delivery.

· Maintain and manage critical paths, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

· Liaise with offshore factories and suppliers regarding sampling, approvals, timelines, and quality requirements.

· Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues.

· Review product specifications, tech packs, and artworks for accuracy and completeness.

· Oversee sample management, including tracking, review, and documenting approvals.

· Maintain product and supplier data across internal systems.

· Support QA and compliance processes including testing, certifications, and packaging requirements.

· Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Logistics teams to support product launches and deliveries.

· Prepare production reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

About You

· No experience necessary. Full Training Provided.

· Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with international suppliers.

· High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-through.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and in particular Excel.

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
