We are now seeking an
enthusiastic and experienced Production Supervisor
with a strong background in manufacturing to join our multi-award-winning team.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

The Role

As the
Production Supervisor
, you will play a key role in ensuring our production operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. You will oversee day-shift operations, lead production teams, and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staffing levels across all machinery and departments to meet daily production targets.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and motivate production teams to achieve quality and output goals.
  • Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistent product standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and optimise workflows.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements at all times.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
  • Mandarin language skills is an advantage.
