Due to our ongoing growth across the Australian and New Zealand market, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Associate to be a part of this expansion.

As a Business Support Associate, you will be partnering closely with our team of Recruiters and Consultants, as well as all corporate functions. Your role will be to provide assistance in the management and continual improvement of Contracting Support from onboarding to offboarding.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • End to end onboarding of contractors and casuals.
  • Conducting background/compliance checks.
  • Invoicing in alignment with timelines.
  • Liaising with client, contractor and payroll.
  • Assisting in preparation of reports, presentations and documentation for external clients and internal meetings.

About you:

  • Experience within a fast-moving customer service environment.
  • Ability to provide administrational support and customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Proven success implementing new processes and delivering on requirements.
  • A growth mindset.
  • A team player.
  • Have a keen interest to learn about the industries we support.
  • Want to learn and develop.
