About You: 

We are seeking a motivated Associate Support Engineer with at least one year of experience, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity environments. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, expand their technical expertise, and grow within a highly skilled team. You will provide frontline support to clients while gaining hands-on experience with leading security technologies.

About the role:  

  • Provide on-site, phone, email, and remote IT support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and IT-related issues with a focus on security technologies.
  • Research, test, and implement IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Work across multiple vendors and technologies to deliver high-quality support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to team projects.

From time to time you may be required to assume additional responsibilities other than those specified above. 

Key attributes:    

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a networking or IT support role (cybersecurity experience highly regarded).
  • IT-related qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably certified in EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) or other security solution vendors.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
  • Eager to learn and develop new technical skills.
