About the role

This is a full-time position based in Slacks Creek, Queensland, offering an opportunity to work as a Logistics - Delivery Driver/Store person/Trade Representation for Pedders Suspension & Brakes, a leading provider of automotive parts and services. In this a versatile role, you will be responsible for delivering products, maintaining the store inventory, and providing support to customers as a trade representatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely and efficiently delivering automotive parts and accessories to customers
  • Receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Trade Representation will require to demonstrate products to our clients and offer client support and follow up
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked store environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies in the delivery or stock management processes

What we're looking for

  • A valid open manual driver's licence and experience in delivery or logistics roles
  • History of Automotive Parts sales or similar preferred
  • Strong customer service skills, sales and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Familiarity with Automotive Parts and Accessories, or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items when required
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to safety in the workplace
