SUB-CONTRACT OWNER DRIVERS

Multiple Positions Available

DKR Logistics service the Metcash IGA Distribution Centre on a long term contract.

We are actively recruiting several experienced Sub-Contractors with 6-16 Pallet Rigids & Prime Movers to be based at Crestmead Qld for deliveries around the Brisbane metro areas to service the growing business.

To be successful in one of these roles you must have

  • Own a 6 to 16 Pallet Rigid preferably with Tailgate Loader.
  • Be an incorporated Company with all insurances.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test.
  • Have a high commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Be able to deal with a variety of people and personalities.
  • Have good written and verbal language skills.
  • Own or be willing to purchase an Electric Pallet Jack.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience operating tailgate loaders
  • Experience operating EPJ's (Electric Pallet Jacks)
