About the role

Join the team at Select Fresh Providores QLD as a full-time Delivery Driver based in our Brisbane, QLD 4000 warehouse. You will be responsible for the timely and reliable delivery of fresh produce to our valued customers. This is an integral role within our operations, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality goods efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport fresh produce to customer locations
  • Effectively load and unload delivery vehicles, following all safety protocols
  • Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including tracking any delays or issues
  • Communicate proactively with customers and managers regarding delivery status
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the transport and logistics or food services industry
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Experience in driving trucks ranging from 2 pallet up to 10 pallets
  • Manual MR license preferred or be willing to obtain one.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads safely
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
