Supervisor / Foreman – Aged Care, Retirement refurb and builds (Brisbane Region) Salary Package: Up to $120K + Super + Fuel Card + Phone + Laptop

We're teaming up again with a long-trusted client in the industry — retirement & aged care specialists with over 20 years under their belt, operating across QLD, NSW & VIC. Their business is continuing to successfully grow and they're looking for a stand-out Supervisor / Foreman to run with the momentum.

What's On Offer

  • Major responsibility, zero micromanagement: You'll be off the tools 100%, leading builds, managing trades, and running your own projects.
  • Well-established support: Walking into a highly set-up team with trusted trade relationships, excellent systems, and real infrastructure in place so you can hit the ground running.
  • Flexibility & hybrid working: You'll be based in Brisbane, with a setup that includes some days on site and some administrative or planning from home.
  • Strong client interaction: Lots of face-to-face and phone engagement with clients, so strong communication skills are essential. You'll be representing the project and company at every turn.
  • Tools of the trade provided: Fuel card, phone, laptop—all part of the package so you have what you need to deliver.

What We're Looking For

  • Trade background is a must. You've worked your way up and are now in a leading hand or similar role, ready to step into full supervision.
  • Strong supervisory / leading hand experience managing multiple trades. You understand how the pieces fit together in commercial/industrial builds.
  • Extremely organised, self-motivated and driven. You manage your own priorities, keep things tight, and hold people accountable—but you also work well with others.
  • Excellent communicator. You can manage expectations with clients, coordinate with subcontractors, liaise with internal teams and keep everyone informed.

What's Not Required

  • No QBCC License needed for this role.
