Your Role 

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact integration program within IAG. This is a rare opportunity to shape and deliver a complex, multi-stream initiative with executive-level visibility and strategic influence across the Group. 

You'll guide the Integration Management Office (IMO) through two critical phases. Initially, you'll lead the transition program—designing and executing the Day One transition plan, including coordinating cut-over planning and execution. 

You'll act as a key conduit between business lines and workstreams, driving cross-functional alignment with customer and employee experience goals. Executive reporting will be central to your remit, including updates on progress, risks, and interdependencies to steering committees. 

In the second phase, your focus will shift to developing and initiating a longer-term integration roadmap, including Transitional Services Management. You'll support the Executive Manager, IMO in resolving issues, managing escalations, and maintaining governance and alignment across business units. 

This is a 12-month maximum term contract, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Boorloo (Perth). 

About You 

  • Extensive experience in program delivery across transformation, customer experience, and mergers and acquisitions
  • Proven success leading large-scale, complex programs with budgets exceeding $20M
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and executive reporting
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and adaptability
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in strategy, transformation, or professional services (preferred)
