Pay: $38.58 to $41.45 p/hour + salary packaging + 12% super

Join Deaf Connect's Project Team as a Program Coordinator, working with stakeholders to plan, deliver and report on key projects that make a real impact for the Deaf and hard of hearing community.

About the role:

Main responsibilities of the role include:

Support the project team to plan and deliver programs and projects successfully

Gather updates from stakeholders and prepare project and program reports

Work with Management and Finance to track and report on budgets

Identify and report risks or issues affecting project delivery

Help develop project resources with the team

Maintain stakeholder engagement records and track activities

About you:

Experience planning, coordinating and delivering project activities

Knowledge of project management principles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement

Great organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks

An understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Deaf and hard of hearing Australians

Experience using and Microsoft Office

Experience working with Deaf and hard of hearing people and community groups

Conversational Auslan skills
