ID Fitouts & Construction is a specialist commercial fitout contractor delivering high-quality office interiors across Sydney and NSW. We focus on collaborative delivery, tight program control and great client outcomes on projects ranging from $500K to $10M. The roleYou'll lead delivery of commercial office fitouts from mobilisation through to handover. Typical projects are $500K–$10M. You'll manage subcontractors and consultants, control cost and program, ensure compliance and quality, and be the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

  1. End-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous fitout projects — manage program, budget, quality and safety.
  2. Manage subcontractors and consultants (scope, procurement, variations and performance).
  3. Prepare/approve progress claims, variations, and contractor invoices; manage cost control and forecasting.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships and lead regular site/client meetings.
  5. Ensure WHS compliance on site and maintain quality control processes.
  6. Produce and maintain project documentation (RFI, meeting minutes, handover packs, close-out).
  7. Mentor site teams and coordinate with estimating/pre-construction as required.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years' experience delivering commercial fitouts (office fitouts preferred). Broader civil construction experience also valued.
  • Proven track record managing projects in the $500K–$10M range. Experience with projects $20M+ highly valued as well.
  • Strong commercial acumen — experience with cost control, claims, and managing variations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualification (e.g. Construction Management, Building or equivalent) and valid White Card.
  • Full Australian working rights.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with contract types common to fitout and construction (e.g. AS forms, head contracts).
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore.
  • Current NSW driver's licence or willingness to travel to sites across Sydney and NSW.
