Contracts Administration Officer

Aquatec Maxcon provides process selection, design, delivery and commissioning for both industrial and municipal clients. As a part of the Aquatec Maxcon team, you'll join a group of passionate professionals who work safely, and responsibly to deliver world class solutions to exciting new projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse engineering team that make a real difference to the water industry.
You will
- Assist Project Managers in project scope and tender package inclusions
- Liaise with sub-contractor and suppliers assisting in sub-contractor tender analysis
- Document control
- Analyse, prepare and report on progress claims/schedules, variations, extension of time/delay up and down contract chain and liaise with clients/supplier/subcontractors
- Develop a plan outlining all contractual obligations and legal requirements KPIs throughout the project life cycle and regularly report progress
- Assist in cost forecasts and reporting.
Ideally you will have
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Local experience as a Contracts Administrator in an engineering/plant construction environment
- An understanding of Australian commercial and legal frameworks, familiarity with Australian Standard and top-tier contractor engineering/supply contracts
- Excellent oral and written negotiation and influencing skills.
