Job Title: High Reach Forklift Driver / Receiving Operative
Location: Altona, VIC
Pay Rate: $34 per hour + Super
Employment Type: Casual ongoing work, leading to a Full-Time position

We are currently seeking a
Receiving Operative / High Reach Forklift Driver
with a minimum of
2 years' experience
in both roles. This is a hands-on position that involves manual duties and lifting - please note this is
not a permanent forklift-only role
.

About the Role

  • Start times between
    6:00am - 8:00am
    , finish between
    2:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Opportunity to transition into a
    full-time position
    for the right candidate
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment in
    Altona

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating high reach forklift
  • Receiving and putaway of stock
  • Manual handling and lifting
  • Use of RF scanners
  • Working as part of a team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in receiving and high reach forklift operation
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Fast learner and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions
  • Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
