Freezer High Reach Forklift Operator

Duties

  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Process both inbound and outbound orders.
  • Perform put-aways into designated locations.
  • Replenish stock in a timely manner.
  • Operate handheld technology such as RF scanners.
  • Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Follow client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet customer expectations and minimise stock damage.
  • Support stocktakes as required.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Adhere to MOKA Safety Policies & Procedures, including hazard awareness.

Requirements

  • Valid Forklift Licence (LF), counterbalance is essential, experience with high reach forklifts is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work in a frozen environment.
  • Punctual and well-versed.
  • Previous experience on an SQF-accredited site is highly regarded.
  • Flexible, positive, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven experience in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, including RF scanners.
  • Strong team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Solid understanding of WH&S policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
