We're searching for a passionate
National Account Manager
for a
12 month fixed-term contract
to strategically partner and manage the relationship with one of our key customers at a national level. The role will be responsible for defining and implementing brand promotional activity, while growing volume, rate of sale and joint profitability with the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and build a national channel plan, identify key strategic focusses for key brands, collaborate with brand team and customer to deliver key customer priorities.
  • Contribute to Sazerac overall financial performance by supporting the off trade National Account Corporates depletion and revenue targets.
  • Work with the customer to identify and deliver sales opportunities for each priority brand and make presentations to secure distribution and promotional activity.
  • Improve visibility and brand awareness by driving distribution & promotion in targeted accounts. Drive rate of sale growth for key brands.
  • Build and maintain great relationships and secure great execution in key national off premise accounts - as measured by sales drivers and KPIs.
  • Work with defined customer base to manage supply chain, deliver shared efficiencies, maximize availability and improve visibility of key brands.
  • Utilize the Performance Management System and specifically the priority system to improve performance and focus on the priority projects and tasks.
  • Develop KPI's and identify systems and measurements to manage and report results.
  • Secure, understand and utilize national and state level pricing standards and deviations for use with national account presentations and execution compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or commensurate experience
  • Experience managing national accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)

PREFERRED

  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
