We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as 
Marketing and Customer Experience Coordinator.
 You'll play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our dealership's brand through engaging customer interactions and innovating marketing strategies.

What will you be doing?

This role will manage our brand, marketing initiatives, customer feedback and engagement, coordinate training, support marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with Toyota standards to promote overall growth objectives for the dealership.

  • Develop and implement marketing activities focused on 
    customer retention
    , including loyalty programs, targeted campaigns, and customer appreciation events.
  • Be responsible for the dealership's 
    digital presence
     in collaboration with marketing manager and external partners - including website content, eDM campaigns, and social media.
  • Execute personalised customer communications, follow-up programs, and exclusive offers to strengthen loyalty and engagement.
  • Analyse customer data to identify retention opportunities and tailor marketing initiatives by segment.
  • Champion a 
    Customer-First
     culture across all departments, ensuring compliance with Toyota's standards and values.
  • Monitor and report on 
    Customer Experience KPIs
    , providing insights to management.
  • Manage all customer experience issues, including Finance & Insurance (F&I) complaints and feedback received via social and digital channels.
  • Support the development of internal processes to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Respond promptly and positively to online reviews and social media feedback to maintain a strong brand reputation.
