Are you a natural closer who loves both sales and design?

Wood Marble and White is seeking a Design Sales Consultant
to join our Brisbane team. This role is all about
selling premium kitchens, wardrobes, and laundries
— with design expertise to create tailored solutions that win clients. Once plans are signed off, our production and project teams take over — leaving you free to focus on what you do best:
designing and selling

— so you have full training and can hit the floor running when the doors open.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on
    designing and selling high-end cabinetry solutions
  • Turn enquiries into signed projects through strong sales skills
  • Create practical cabinetry layouts and presentations
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and visuals using software such as Cabinet Vision
  • Support the showroom team as needed to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Represent Wood Marble and White with professionalism and passion

  • Proven
    sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or joinery design
  • A strong closer — motivated by hitting targets and earning incentives
  • Cabinet Vision knowledge highly regarded
  • Professional, positive, and a great team player
  • Passionate about both sales and design
