We're looking for a
Repairs Coordinator
to join our
Maintenance Team
in
Mascot, NSW.
What will you be doing?

  • Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works
  • Ordering materials, working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors
  • Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of team
  • Managing repairs team performance and skill development
  • Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently
  • Performing quality and safety audits
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

What are we looking for?

  • Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications
  • 3 – 5 years' experience working in the elevator industry
  • People management experience
  • Full drivers licence
  • Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
  • Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact
  • Effective written and verbal communicator
