Maas Group is seeking a motivated and organised Repair Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you'll coordinate make safes and repairs under $20K, ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll communicate regularly with insurance companies, clients, and trades, keeping everyone informed and the process efficient.

About You:
You're organised, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving, building strong working relationships, and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate make safes and minor repairs with a proactive and collaborative approach

  • Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and trades throughout the process

  • Update internal and external systems weekly to track progress

  • Monitor hire equipment on site and support the Repair Supervisor and Coordinator as needed

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Background in the construction or insurance industry

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Competent with Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Team-focused with a positive attitude and attention to detail
