The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and organised professional to lead and coordinate administrative operations across the Esperance zone. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee office facilities and supervise a dedicated team of administrative staff, while providing essential support to the zone management team. Your contribution will help drive operational efficiency, financial performance and the successful delivery of strategic objectives aligned with our network plan.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Esperance Terminal.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee purchasing, inventory control and contract administration across the zoneManage training records and promote internal training completionLead and support the annual harvest recruitment for the zone including candidate management and workforce planningManage the administration budgets within the zone, optimising cost efficiencyOversee equipment hire throughout the zoneAbout You:
Previous experience in administration, including office managementAdvanced computer skills including use of Microsoft Office softwareProven ability to plan and communicate effectivelyDesirable:
Previous experience supervising or leading a teamKnowledge of the grain industryExperience using SAP or similarWhy work with CBH?
