At All Abilities Therapy for Kids and Teens, we're expanding our team in North Brisbane and are looking for a warm, capable, and motivated OT to join us.

About Us

All Abilities is a private allied health clinic with locations in Noosa and North Brisbane, supporting children and teens aged 0–18 through assessment, intervention, and family support.

Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. We're known for our positive team culture, family-friendly work environment, and commitment to client outcomes, helping kids thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing therapy for children and adolescents with developmental, emotional, behavioural, and motor challenges
  • Supporting families through goal-focused intervention
  • Managing a diverse and rewarding caseload, many are NDIS-supported
  • Working in acommunity settings
  • Collaborating closely with a friendly, experienced, and supportive Occupational Therapy team

What We Offer

  • $90,000 – $105,000 pro rata, depending on experience
  • Part-time hours to start, with the potential to move to full-time

About You

You're an Occupational Therapist who:

  • Loves working with Children & Families
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance, or the ability to obtain it
  • Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
  • A current Queensland driver's license
  • 2–5 years of relevant paediatric experience (graduates still welcome to apply)
  • Experience working with children with disabilities (highly regarded)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A client-centred approach to therapy
  • The ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
