to join their high-performing team in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

As the
Sales Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team to drive growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll be the glue between sales, marketing, and customer success - helping to streamline processes, manage pipelines, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating sales activities, proposals, and client communications
  • Managing CRM updates, lead tracking, and reporting
  • Assisting with sales presentations and contract administration
  • Supporting inbound lead follow-ups and qualification
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Providing general sales support to help the team hit targets and exceed expectations

About You

  • Previous experience in a
    Sales Support, Coordinator, or Admin
    role (preferably within SaaS, tech, or digital sectors)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic about technology, innovation, and building great customer relationships
