Broker Account Manager
to join our team.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is driving growth from a portfolio of existing and new brokers. This will be achieved through proactive promotion of the Dynamoney products, regular training and product updates, and providing our partners with ongoing support and assistance in the application to settlement process. The role is predominantly office based and aimed at supporting a higher number of brokers with a high level of phone/email-based support. A great opportunity to join and learn from a high performing team and a steppingstone to a more senior role within the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales volume and deliver revenue targets
  • Highlight new business opportunities to increase Dynamoney's market share
  • Provide ongoing product training and updates to accredited brokers
  • Represent Dynamoney at industry events.
  • Implement processes to ensure smooth broker and client experience
  • Liaise with credit and client services to ensure opportunities progress through the Dynamoney platform within SLA's
  • Management of existing relationships and onboarding of new brokers
  • Supporting the broader
    QLD
    team and broker accounts

Successful candidates will have

  • Minimum 4 years Sales/Sales Support Experience in Asset or Equipment Finance
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant technology and systems used in Finance Industry
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
