
Professional Broker Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance and deliver our broker marketing program, supporting us in achieving our customer growth goal.
Brokers currently account for over 80% of new home loan issuance. Our purpose is 'helping all Australians own their own home', with a focus on increasing home loan tenure of existing customers. It is crucial that we continue to enhance our communication and engagement strategy to support our broker channel.
You'll make an impact by:- Defining new and refining existing product positioning to better support brokers' understanding of our offering.
- Developing a framework for leveraging Aggregator Sponsorship agreements through activations, content, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborating with aggregators and internal stakeholders to ensure product changes are delivered on time and accurately.
- Designing and maintaining a calendar of activity, giving the business visibility of the current and ongoing approach.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 7+ years experience in similar roles, managing B2B communications and events.
- Financial services experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to manage events end to end.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams.
