You'll step into a full-time role managing a medium-sized portfolio of SME and commercial clients with the flexibility to shape the role around your experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, primarily across Business and Public Liability
Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day servicing
Deliver tailored, strategic insurance advice to a diverse client base
Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
Identify cross-sell and growth opportunities
Mentor junior team members (for senior-level applicants)

Qualifications

Tier 2 qualification (Tier 1 preferred or highly regarded)
Minimum 2 years' experience in broking
