Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Turner & Townsend Pty Limited Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Company Description

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries.

Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people's lives. Working in partnership makes it possible to deliver the world's most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.

Job Description

As part of our commitment to reconciliation, diversity, and inclusion, we are seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, and Māori and Pacific peoples, to join our teams across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

At Turner & Townsend, you will be supported to build a meaningful career in a workplace where your culture and contributions are respected. You will be part of a team working on transformative projects in transport, defence, energy, housing, health and more — improving how people move, live and connect. We also support a range of internal initiatives that contribute to reconciliation, sustainability, equity, and inclusion.

We welcome applicants at all stages of their career — from students and graduates to experienced professionals — who are interested in shaping projects across infrastructure, real estate, and energy and natural resources.

You may have skills or aspirations in:

  • Project and programme management
  • Cost and commercial management
  • Project controls and data analytics
  • Engineering, design, planning or construction management
  • Procurement and contracting
  • Sustainability and ESG
  • Business operations, human resources, or support services

We value the knowledge, lived experience, and cultural insight you bring.

Qualifications

We are open to expressions of interest from candidates with varied experiences and qualifications. Depending on the role, this may include:

  • Formal qualifications (e.g., certificates, diplomas or degrees in engineering, construction, project management, business, or related fields)
  • On-the-job learning or community-based experience
  • A passion for the built environment, infrastructure or supporting community outcomes

If you are unsure whether your experience is a fit — we still encourage you to reach out
