We're on the hunt for a creative brand and communications champion to help shape how our people — and future talent — experience our brand. Sitting within our People Experience function, this role is all about campaigns, content, and connection. You'll be the driving force behind initiatives that bring our employer brand and employer value proposition to life across internal and external channels.

In This Role, You Will

  • Evolve our internal comms ecosystem – from newsletters to digital platforms
  • Be the go-to for Viva Engage — owning the platform and driving engagement.
  • Activate EVP campaigns that connect people to purpose and attract top talent.
  • Create engaging content – written, visual and verbal – that tells our story
  • Manage editorial calendars and publishing schedules
  • Optimise content across external platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Seek, Indeed)
  • Support internal events and culture campaigns that bring our values to life
  • Manage tools and systems we use every day to support our work

You're Likely a Match If You Have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, PR or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in communications, marketing, or people experience roles
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and internal communication tools
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
  • A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach
