About the Role

This is a multifaceted role suited to someone with sound vetting experience and a passion for upholding compliance and developing others. As part of a team, your key responsibilities will include:

Case Review & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct internal reviews to ensure casework aligns with AGSVA standards and internal policies
  • Provide feedback and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance vetting report quality and integrity
  • Quality Assurance for Baseline, NV1 & NV2 cases.

Case Management

  • Maintain a small, active caseload of vetting assessments
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports

Training & Mentoring

  • Support the onboarding and upskilling of vetting analysts
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and ad hoc training to improve capability across the team

What You'll Need

  • Current NV1 clearance (minimum)
  • Demonstrated experience conducting AGSVA personnel security assessments, preferably to NV2 level
  • Sound understanding of PSPF, AGSVA processes
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest ethical and procedural standards
  • Ability to give constructive feedback and guide others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
