**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and helping them have an unforgettable dining experience.
- Taking orders and serving delicious food and wine with a bit of charm and a lot of care.
- Keeping the dining area looking great—clean, tidy, and set up beautifully.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Sharing your knowledge of our menu and wines (don’t worry, we’ll train you) to answer questions and make recommendations.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- You have a positive, can-do attitude and love working in a team.
- You’re reliable, proactive, and bring a bit of personality to everything you do.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential—we’re happy to train the right people.
- You’re flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays, and ready to jump into a busy day with a smile.
- You must be of legal drinking age in Australia and hold (or be willing to obtain) an RSA certification.
