We're currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join our dedicated team. If you love variety, enjoy working with children of different age groups, and want to be part of a supportive organisation, this role is for you.

About the Role

  • Support room educators in delivering high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Assist with daily routines, supervision, and classroom transitions

  • Provide nurturing, inclusive, and engaging interactions with children

  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with colleagues and families

  • Step into different rooms and centres as needed, bringing a positive and adaptable attitude

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Previous experience working in early childhood education (preferred)

  • A positive, reliable, and flexible approach to supporting the team
