The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vocationally Registered General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at Centre 4 Health in Caulfield South, managed by
Thrive Holistic Centre

You will have the chance to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment where your practice is enhanced by the expertise of our in-house allied health team, including physiotherapists, remedial massage therapists, counsellors, and other therapeutic modalities. This collaborative model enables you to deliver more comprehensive care while having the freedom to focus on what you do best — providing exceptional patient care.

We welcome applications from GPs and Nurse Practitioners at all stages of their careers who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Clinicians with an existing patient base are highly regarded, though this is not essential.

What we're looking for

  • Vocationally Registered General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in general practice, preventative health, and chronic disease management is highly regarded.
