Supervisor - Residential

This Supervisor role will predominantly look after our investment home builds between Logan, Gold Coast and Ipswich.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage multiple projects including materials, trades and labour
- Develop and manage strong partnerships with trades
- Programming jobs using our call forward software and update weekly as a minimum
- Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements
- Meet forecast time frames and deadlines

Must haves:
- Supervisors Licence
- Carpentry or related trade Background
- Strong Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent Presentation
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Full Drivers Licence
- Existing trade relationships will be viewed positively
